TGGRRR (Ali) Posted November 30, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2015 It's all in the details above in the description gather at 7:30 AM head for parade by 7:50 start location: PTuning 9432 Center Point Ln, Manassas, VA 20110 Parade at 10:00 AM So all MINIs will meet by 7:30 at PTuning in Manassas, then we will leave Ptuning by 7:50 to head to our starting point. That gives us almost two hours there to prep our cars. Luckily our staging location is near the bowling alley who will be open and has food, drinks and bathrooms PTuning is less than a mile from the parade staging area Because we are an early number YAY! We'll be done by around 11:00 and then will go grab lunch. It's really pretty easy You put together your decorations. Masking tape is the easiest way to apply them as long as it's not raining. If it's raining you will need duct tape and some goo gone to get the adhesive off. We meet at PTuning for just a short grouping. We then caravan to the staging area. This way we're all together. If you are late and we leave PTuning without you, just come to the staging area which is in front of the bowling alley At this point we have about 2 hours to prep are cars. So you have lots of time. They will let us know when the parade is starting No kids under 9 are allowed to walk in the parade so they jump in the cars, older kids are walking, it's good for them Little Rey goes up front with the sign If we get a chance to buy candies then the walkers will have the candy to hand out We will try to be two cars abreast during the parade however last year it got REALLY tight so you may need to single file the line as we hit the historic area. It's really slow At the judges we may pause while they announce us At the end they'll send us to a parking lot where we rip off the decorations Then head out to eat at the Jukebox diner It's fun and as long as you get to PTuning on time it's not rushed at all.
