1975_mini
I have changed brandy's front brakes, and was attempting to do the rear. I have a cheap piston compressor so it does not have the pegs to twist while compressing. Therefore i can not compress the pistons on the rear, had no issues with the front. Does anyone know any tricks to get the clockwise rotation while compressing. Or have a better compressor to borrow. Or another trick that may be causing my issues.:banghead: Thanks for any help you can offer. 1975 Mini 1000, 998cc A+ w/ K&N air filter, 10" Mamba wheels
cmcveay
I have a universal tool and the MINI specific tool for this if you need. I wouldn't try anything else as you are likely to end up tearing the rubber boot around the caliper piston. 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon "Homer" 2012 MB/CR JCW R55 "Merlin" Sold 2009 LB/LB R56 "Archie" Sold

RichSperry
Usually most auto parts places have the tool you need for a free rent. (borrow) No matter where you go, there you are!
1975_mini
Thanks, Craig. Rear brakes complete, and I was able to dodge Brandy's dog house. 1975 Mini 1000, 998cc A+ w/ K&N air filter, 10" Mamba wheels
