I am installing a set of factory Xenon head lights, wondering if there are any local shops (MachV?) that could do the ecu reflash to stop the light flickering when the engine is running? I'm in Alexandria so Passport Mini is my fall back. Unfortunately, there isn't anyone local that's coding the 1st Gen MINI. You can take a look on North American Motoring to see if there's anyone within a reasonable driving distance that can do the coding.
