GreenCactus
How about a happy hour before the holiday weekend starts? When: Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 6:30pm Where: Public House No. 7 6315 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 22044 For those of you who have not been here before, the pub is located across Rt. 7 from Red Robin. GreenCactus
Ali - I have a job for you!! You need to name my parents car. They've had her for over a year and she still doesn't have a name. She's a purple (I think it's called "cinnamon") Ford Edge.
TGGRRR (Ali)
Oooh Ok let me think on this. I don't know what a Ford Edge looks like but the color is cool. Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman

GreenCactus
Yep! That's it! Same color, too. It's definitely an SUV, but it's not huge. They get a lot of snow, so they need something with decent ground clearance. A Countryman would be perfect for them, but they bought this before the Countryman came out. However, my dad has a 2004 Sebring Convertible that might need to be replaced soon. I know he really likes the MINIs, so there's a possibility he will look at them when he's ready to replace Roady. Two things he's said about MINIs: After taking an entrance ramp pretty quick, he said, "Um, you don't slow down for turns." All of the MINI owners are really nice! I had no idea it would be like this. (after MINI Takes the States).
astarte
have him get a coupe roadster--I'm loving Legend of Isis and she's insanely comfy (mmm punch leather seats of happiness and a burbling exhaust) and the trunk is crazy big. GreenCactus
My parents had to replace their heating system unexpectedly and will not be arriving until Friday, so they won't be able to make the happy hour. However, I'll still be there, though it might not be at 6:30. I have to let the dog out, unless I can run home at lunch.

TGGRRR (Ali)
Are we meeting in the back room or the front? Tigger 2006 the cabrio and Riversong the 2014 Countryman
Poison Ivy
I say the back of the room. It has more character and is closer to the bar... coming from the gal who only drinks mimosas! :-)

GreenCactus
Since we're going to be a small group, I say we try for the back room. I'm not going to make a reservation, since there's only a few of us, but if RSVPs pick up, I'll let them know.
