jbewley Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 My low beans are much too low and from what I have found on NAM, this is common from the factory. Everything I read there said that the adjustment is on the rear of the head light housing. I have a 2009 and the headlights are part of the frame. I have searched high and low and can find nothing that looks like the adjuster. On the inside of the wheel well there are two black screws on each side of the removable access disk, however there is another just like them much lower down, so I am guessing they must hold something on. Any one know where the low beam adjustment actually is? Jim

jbewley Posted March 12, 2009 Author Report Posted March 12, 2009 Just curious - you did see this thread, didn't you? Yes I did. 1) I have standard headlights. 2) I know when they are too low. 3) You have not seen my headlights. If you don't want to answer the question then don't. Jim

If you don't want to answer the question then don't. Jim Jim, It was a friendly question. No need to be snappy. I wasn't trying to be smart-ass. I hope someone here can help you, but a tech question like this will probably be easier to answer via NAM. You said you already searched there, but if you didn't find what you wanted, I suggest posting the same question (if you already haven't). If anyone else has this problem I posted a "How To" over on NAM. Jim
Scavenger Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 Cool, hmm, that gives me an idea, maybe we need a how-to section here, any thoughts? I figured it out, so all is well with my world .
