We'll drive down twisty country lanes, motor through an infamous village, make a historic pit stop, skim across a mountain top, and end with a stunning view of the Shenandoah river, so beautiful someone even wrote a song about it. STXMINI Posted 1 hour ago Author Report Posted 1 hour ago We did a pre-run yesterday and the roads are looking great. The two new added roads make the route more fun. This run will lean more towards a casual drive. The run will last about an hour, but we are going to stop in Gathland State Park at the Civil War correspondents memorial arch. There are bathrooms there; we found this to be a popular stop when we did the run the first time. Last, and most important, the meet up point directions: Urbana District Park 3805 Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD 21704 Make sure you go to the SECOND PARKING LOT, 2nd right hand turn after entering the park-see map below. We want to line up where there are bathrooms, so once in the park follow the signs for the "Restroom" Harpers Ferry Brewing is a dog friendly brewery-outside only
