GreenCactus Posted July 28, 2018 Report Posted July 28, 2018 (edited) Polo in Poolesville! Please join us on Sunday, July 29 to watch a polo match at Seneca Polo Club in Poolesville. The match starts at 10:30am and last one hour. This is a really fun and laid back way to enjoy polo. If it’s your first time, there are plenty of friendly people to explain what is going on. This is a tailgating event, so please bring whatever you would like to eat or drink. (Alcohol is allowed and somewhat encouraged). There is a pavilion with seating and real restrooms, however, it’s a good idea to bring your own chairs if you have them. This is a very family friendly event! Kids are welcome! Dogs are welcome too, though there are other dogs and horses on the property, so please use your judgment. Another thing to note, the road to get there is gravel, for about a mile. With all of the rain we’ve had it will be a little rough. If you really want to go and this is a deal breaker, please let me know. We can work something out. Seneca Polo Club 20760 Whites Ferry Road (It’s between Poolesville and Whites Ferry) We will be heading to Cugini’s for lunch after! Edited July 29, 2018 by GreenCactus
GreenCactus Posted July 29, 2018 Author Report Posted July 29, 2018 There was a mix up with their calendar and there is no polo today.

It's Seneca Polo Club if you want to check it out. However, verify what you see on Facebook. They hadn't updated that there wasn't a match on Sunday and several people (not just us) came by. They are really nice and we ended up hanging out in the clubhouse for awhile and some of the other people that came went to the barn to pet the horses. 1
