Rob in Potomac Posted September 9, 2009 Report Posted September 9, 2009 I am looking for a local (to Potomac) repair shop to change the brake pads on my '03 MCS. It has been serviced at MoS, but it is a pain to get out there and back, so looking for someone local for this relatively minor work. Any referral would be appreciated, thanks. Robert in Potomac
CARdiac Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 You don't need a local shop, the job is easy and I am happy to help. You need to replace the pads AND rotors at the same time. The stock rotors are soft and wear quickly. I picked up some good pads and rotors from Tire Rack...I live in Gaithersburg and I am happy to show you how to do the job.
