I was wondering if anyone has or has tried to mount BMW brakes on the R60. I was thinking that maybe the BMW 135i or maybe even the 335i might have a chance at it. I'm wondering because I think a larger set of brakes might be good to have, but wouldn't justify spending $3000+ on a big brake kit. If there is a BMW setup that would work, then that might open the door to some M series junk yard finds. Still might be an outside shot but hey, doesn't hurt to ask. You probably need to start with comparing the hubs for a common part number and then figure out what parts bolt up. I know they do this sort of thing on classic cars, and such. Wondering how feasible it is on an R60.
