nharrison21 Posted August 24, 2012 Report Share Posted August 24, 2012 (edited) So iv been doing some research on what a phone mount would cost to put on Ender so i could run waze/answer phone and still have it secure while i drive...but the cheapest mount i could find was well above what i was willing to...yes I know im cheap ...So after looking at how a new one mounts and works I decided to try and create my own...Let me know what u think...and if anyone else is interested i could prob get some more metal work too.... atleast get the metal work cut...Total cost to make $0 Template made from cardboard.. Cut from scrap metal stock i got at work and a scrap phone holder i had laying around the house bolted up Final mount up and fitting...Its now drying in the car all nice and plasti-dipped black..Will post an update when its dried..
