It's time to renew your DCMM membership. All memberships expire on December 31, however there is a 30-day grace period, per the bylaws, so you will not lose forum access until January 31.
This is the perfect opportunity to update your profile with any new information you would like printed on your badge. Did you get a new MINI or name your current one? Would you like your nickname on the badge instead of your full name? Just change your profile. If you need your Username changed, please let me know, as that's not something you can do yourself.
Also please make sure your mailing address is up to date on your Paypal account. We get a lot of returned mail because people don't realized they moved years ago and didn't tell Paypal!

You can also see your current subscription on that page. The cost is $26/individual and $35/couple. Please be sure to choose "Renewal" they are at the bottom of the page. You will be able to pay via Paypal and your subscription will automatically be extended for one year. If you would prefer to pay via check or money order, please contact me.
Renewals will be processed in batches, with the first being in mid to late January and the second in February

We have a private room. The club is paying for the buffet which has the following included
Veggie Platter
Wings
Burger Sliders
Chips (French fries)
Soft drinks
There is a cash bar if you want to order beer.
There's also a lot of parking right next to the restaurant. We've had happy hours here and it's a nice place. Smoke free!
There are 3 board member slots renewing this year. They are currently occupied by:

Ali (re-running)
There is an additional slot being opened up since Melissa is stepping down. One of the slots will be a one year slot. We will decide who's going to take it at the first board meeting.

tattrat, Lt. Dan, Salmi, spoke with Wardell and he said to come by he will be ok doing the windshield strip and back window. But you might have to wait in between cars or at the end of the day.

Too late to get in for a windshield strip install?? I don't know how I missed this thread!
I can do whatever slot would work best, 2006 R53.
I will check with Wardell when he comes in. He said a max of 5 cars, but might take a windshield strip. I will post later. In any case you are welcome to swing by and see if a spot comes up between full cars

Just in case the slots are full, but like Corey said he probably won't have a problem doing a small job in between full cars, and I set up 1 1/2 hours and some cars might not take that long. When he comes in on Sunday I will ask him and let you know

Okay, Max of five cars for the day.
First slot is at 9:00 am and it seems up till now that there are three countryman's, one four door hard top and one two door hard top.
I will set the increments at 1 1/2 hours but it might be less than that

2 door cars $130 (1 hourish)
4 door cars $160 (1 hour - 1 hour and a half)

$25 with the car/ $50 on its own

For non MINIs or odd requests call Wardel directly at 571-251-5735 he will give you pricing and also ask him for timing so that I set up the slots right.

Yeah, canceled due to weather, From his Facebook page it might be rescheduled for later in the summer. From his Facebook page it seems that he might have another event on 6/18
