  1. Hey all, I am selling my MINI stuff since I wrecked mine. No use keeping it all around anymore. Up for grabs is a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I used these on the track once and for general street use. I would say about 1000 miles was put on them total with about 10-15 miles of track time. They have some wear as you can see in the pics, but are perfect for a set of track or autocross tires or even a very high quality street tire. I am selling them for $300 OBO. Next up is my set of winter tires. These are a set of Hankook winter icept evo's. These have nearly no mileage on them and and basically brand new. I think I drove once or twice on them just in town. Pictures included. I am selling these for $450 OBO. Both sets of tires are 215/45/17 Lastly is the wheels. These are 4 17inch Enkei EV5's. One rim has very minor curb rash as shown in the pic and has been reduced in price, accordingly. The set is for sale for $425. I can provide additional pics on request. I took a look at online pricing and marked down accordingly and then took some more off for you guys being DCMM members =) Shoot me a PM or a text at 571-205-9698
  2. Well, I needed one of the more extensive scanners. I have a Pcode scanner, but this wasn't a Pcode for some reason. It ended up being my forge blow off valve. I checked it and the ring was loose. I definitely appreciate the offer though =D
  3. I didn't know that, but what I do know is that PMoA is covering this under warranty and MoCo denied me warranty. Also, MoCo wanted to charge me 1 hour of labor ($130) to read an engine code. I took it to machV and they did it for free no problem. I also just asked PMoA if they would have charged me and they said "no way". For any non warranty work I will be going to MachV from now on. Great guys.
  4. Found the issue. My carrier bearing is blown. The best part is that I have to buy an entirely new axle rather then just get the bearing fixed. 7700 miles on the car and I am betting that because of aftermarket suspension that mini isn't going to want to cover this under warranty even though its HIGHLY unlikely that lowering the car caused this. I have decided to give passport a try as I am sure that MoCo won't cover this under warranty.
  5. I know right, should have ditched the cop
  6. Well, the issue is back. I am just gonna take it out to MachV and have them help me diagnose. I dont mind paying for them to help me diagnose, but I will want to do the work to fix it.
  7. yea, I had thought it was the AC line. I tied it up earlier and it seems as if the noise is gone. It was a strange noise that didnt seem to fit what I thought it would sound like if the line was being rubbed. I will keep an ear out for it, I hope its gone for good!
  8. Hey all, I just wanted to ask if anyone has had this issue come up. Its a weird squeaking sound when I am driving. If I barely have my foot on the pedal I can hear it, but if I totally let off of the throttle, it goes away. I am thinking it MIGHT be the endlinks needing grease or maybe a bushing. Its THAT kind of squeak noise. I think it might also be the AC line since I lowered the car pretty low. Anyway, any insight is appreciated. Craig, maybe I can stop by at some point and let you listen to it. Thanks all! Devin

Hey Mike, I have a set of 4 of the new conti run flats. They are the "good" ones. I would want to sell them as a set of 4. What are you looking to spend? They only have about 2k miles on them. I can get some pics of tread if you would like. Thanks! Devin
  10. eh, I will just wait for a dyno night when more people are interested =)
  11. Ouch, Hopefully there was no damage to the turbo. Make sure you check the pin wheels when you get a chance. If there IS damage, there is a place that will rebuild the turbo for much cheaper than buying a new one. Could also get it upgraded to a K03/K04 hybrid =D
  12. Dont need to dyno, just come and hang out =)
  13. Cmon guys and gals, I dont want to be out there alone lol.
  14. I just completed this job today. let me know if you have any ?s while its still all fresh in my mind =) took me about 5 hours working alone.
  15. For anyone that has added coilovers to their minis, what OEM pieces did you need to keep for the rear struts? Thanks!
  16. I dont think its full. http://www.minisonthedragon.com/2013-welcomedinner.php it says 0 people 0 minis signed up.
  17. I will be doing this project in the somewhat near future. I will also be adding an LSD as my '12 JCW clubbie doesnt have one and with my current mods cant hold the torque...sigh.
  18. Hey all, Devin here. I had a great time last night, thanks so much for the hospitality and good company =) I really enjoyed meeting everyone!
