cmcveay - I'm a new Mini car owner and this thread makes me think that I got more than I bargain for in owning a Mini. At any rate, this seafoam treatment, is this something like DIY kind of thing or is this something a pro has to perform? I also get the impression it's a sort of necessity thing to do and if so, why is that? thx in advance for explaining, motor on... CP

Ron, the club is meeting tomorrow at Passport Mini for an event, Mini take the Beltway III at 8am. I suggest u stop by take a look at the variety of flavors that will showcase. This way when u configure your Mini, you'll have an idea on how u can make yours a unique piece of work. Just my $0.02 of pre-purchase inspection, u know... ;-)

Ordered TrueBlue (Countryman All4) early Sep 11 and it took about a month. Picked him up mid Oct. The hard part is the waaaait... Congrats! You'll definitely love it when it finally arrives, I'm luvin' mine...
