I am in for a cleaning party :wavey: I have a new shop vac we can all use. I up for either Mach V or my place if you all want. The shop would definitely have more space. :party:

We all could meet in the Sam's Club lot which is just passed the Chick-Fil-A and Lowes on your right. Let's plan on being there about 9:30 and then head over to Mach V as a group :rock:

Brian, we're coming from Reston and I was thinking of leaving a little earlier if you're up for it...otherwise, I can meet you somewhere at 6 and we'll travel down with you. You're sort of on the way for us (Chantilly, right?)

Right now my plan is to leave early (6am-ish) on Wednesday so I can get there early and maybe get a pulley installed. Or get there early and enjoy some frosty beverages ! :beer:
It would be great to road trip with a few other Mini-enthusiasts :motor:

I am contemplating have a pullley installed by Way Motor Works and was trying to figure out when to setup the appointment. How long does it normally take to get down to MOTD leaving from Northern Virginia.

Just say this on MOTD Facebook page.
"MINIs on the Dragon Just got off the phone with Brad from Deals Gap is it appears all the pieces are falling into place and TN might be relocating the barriers within days to open the Dragon from 8:00am to 8:00pm. They will have two law officers there at all time. So if this does happen, we all need to be on our best behavior and not ruin... all the hard work the everyone has put into to get this done."

Scoopie is all outfitted now w/new 17" wheels (R98s) & shoes (Bridgestone Potenzas)!

I put the Bridgestone Potenza G019 Grid's on my Mini and they work great on the road/track. :congrats:
Once I have some xtra $ I will be getting some rims.

I have 2 more lights but due to the damn tag I can only mount 1 set.
I am thinking about making a lower bracket so I can install them under the tag

FINALLY done! A couple slight mods to get the bumper skin back on but it is finished.
Next is to get all the wiring done but not til tomorrow.

I picked up an Alta Light Bar and 4 lights from an ex-Mini owner this week. Here is a photo of step one dismantling with this current project
Tonight I need to install the light bar brackets and hopefully reinstall the bumper and skin
Then tomorrow I should be able to install the driving lights :top:
