There’s a great new winery just outside of Poolesville, so let’s go! Start: Carderock Park Carderock Recreation Area We will start at Carderock and take some fun roads for about an hour to Windridge Vineyards in Darnestown. The venue is entirely outside, so dress appropriately! Bring a picnic as they don’t serve food. Well behaved, leashed dogs and kids are welcome! After the winery, we’ll decide what we want to do. GreenCactus Posted September 4, 2019 Author Report Posted September 4, 2019 I'm keeping an eye on the weather for Saturday. If it's raining (or rain is likely), I'm going to cancel. Since the winery is outside, it would not be much fun if it was raining.
