surfandjet Posted March 1, 2015 Report Posted March 1, 2015 I have a 2010 MC with the stock 15" wheels (175/75/R15 tires) on it. I am looking to change out the wheels and tires for 16" or 17", but I need to know what my stock offset is and can't find this info anywhere. Anyone have any advice?
CarlB Posted March 2, 2015 Report Posted March 2, 2015 I believe the stock wheel offset for all MINIs is 48 MM negative. If you look on the inside of your wheels it will be cast in. Generally wheels between 48 and 40 MM of negative offset work fine. 48 MM negative offset means the surface where the wheel bolts to the hub is 48 MM to the back side of the rim from the centerline of the wheel.
