Any ideas or other folks seeing the same thing? I haven't started going through them cause I really need to get some sleep but I thought it was weird how they all just showed up. Q Took mine in last Sat for its first check up (under me). Didn't have any such flurry as you, before or after (in fact, I haven't received the survey they said I'd get).
