Event Title: ​Blue Ridge Parkway Tour Event Date: 06/14/2018 09:00 AM to 06/17/2018 01:00 PM Event Address: 27 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA, 24401 Blue Ridge Parkway Tour If you have never traversed the Blue Ridge Parkway, especially in your MINI, this is a fantastic opportunity to do so. The Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club has organized this event annually for 10 years! Dates: Thursday, June 14 - Sunday, June 17, 2018 Please Note: See details for the Great Ice Cream Jog event to get "to" Waynesboro, VA on Thursday, June 14th Link: Great Ice Cream Jog with Skyline Drive Details (from the Tar Heel site - which also has specifics about driving groups, hotels, what to bring, etc.) Link:Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club Blue Ridge Parkway This year's Blue Ridge Parkway Tour, the 10th annual running (WOW, 10 years and still twisting!), will start at the northern terminus of the BRP, near Waynesboro, VA. The Tour will kick off with a Welcome get-together meal on Thursday evening. Early Friday morning, we'll break up into our three groups, heading south stopping at various overlooks and points of interest along the way. Our first overnight stop will be Friday evening in Jefferson, NC. The second overnight stop will be in Hendersonville, NC (south of Asheville) on Saturday evening. Sunday morning we'll hit the BRP for the final leg to the southern terminus of the BRP in the Cherokee, NC area. That should be about lunch time and everyone will go their separate ways with a ton of memories and stories!!
