Happy Hour at Ted's Bulletin

<p>Meet at Ted's Bulletin in the Mosaic District. We found this little gem when the Mexican place didn't work out for us. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The front bar is really comfortable and you can order off of the menu.</p>
