This AM, 7:45 AM westbound 66, just before the Toll Road extension split, DS/B MCS pre-2004 Ohio plates, modified exhaust ... gave the wave, received the reply wave and a couple toots of the horn. Made my day. Good day to you sir, good day indeed.

Agreed, and as previously stated, if I waved expecting a response ... I don't think I'd wave much. That being said, I wave as I am able. I especially like the oncoming traffic or opposite at traffic light wave ... I like the subsequent hard to ignore my wave, response wave and the smile, then again ... I'm greedy.

Wednesday December 9, 8AM on 110 heading from Pentagon toward Rosslyn, PW/B MCS 2004+ New Hampshire plates (live free or die) 'WSWARM'? That can't be right on the plate letters, but DCMM cling in the center rear window.

I like the rawness of the Alta. Nothing like the take-off click (throttle plate), fooop (of airflow) and if you keep going ... whiiiiinnnne. I've always enjoyed it. To each his/her own, I mean no disrespect to the other designs, nor to the lower intake temperatures of the JCW. Alta maintenance is a twice yearly clean, dry, oil and very manageable. It's fun, nuff said.
