need a room, got a room

Recommended Posts

These treehouses are brand new (hoping to open in April) and are a half hour from the Dragon (less than a mile from the Microtel in Robbinsville).

Interesting concept. I emailed the owners for more information. They unfortunately don't accept pets.

Well, this isn't exactly for a room but for a ride. My hubs, Jake, can't take off the whole week. Is there anyone leaving on Wed. the 30th driving down that he could catch a ride with?

He might be able to catch a ride with me. It will either be in the middle of the night Wed or butt-crack of dawn thurs! I won't know until closer to the event but the Bird Nerd is def welcomed!

Booo, I just learned that my classes go until April 30th. At least my Basic Scuba Instructor for the Wed class has riden the Dragon on his motorcylce so I may be able to convince him to let me finish the week before. Then I'll have to negotiate with my Monday/Tuesday night classes to see if I can finish the week before, but that might be tough.

Bottom line is I may not be able to leave until Tuesday night/Wednesday morning when I really wanted to leave on Saturday. :(

I may just stay at the Microtel and drive in daily since they're so pet friendly.

Hi Chris, I have a reservation for a room (2 queen size beds) in the lodge at Fontana, but have made other plans. Reservation is for 28 Apr to 4 May @ $99/night plus taxes. Total comes to $669.72, unless they charge some fee for executing the switch. Are you interested?

I'll likely be going wed night/thurs night. . .be looking for a corner to sleep in. Be happy with a bed, sofa, porch, place to stick an air mattress, place to stick a tent. . .

Keep in touch Quitta, might rally down with you.

Most of you have probably heard that Katie is unable to attend this year's Dragon due to a very sick pet. That means we have an open room in the cabin.

It's a two bedroom/two bath cabin. You would have the room with two twin beds. We will be there Sunday-Sunday and would prefer someone take the room for the entire week.

Celia will be staying with us for the first 3 nights, so we will need to work with her, too.

Michael and I are relatively quiet, we don't stay up too late or get up too early. He's a great cook, so you'll eat well. :top:

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
