	run and making a few minor tweaks to it to make it the \"Coffee to Carbs\"
	 run! This will be a run to follow the Meet and Greet in Alexandria earlie
	r the same day.\n\n\n\n	Following the Meet and Greet\, we will regroup at 
	the Starbucks in Springfield where we will have a brief driver's meeting. 
	This will be approximately an hour run through Springfield\, Burke\, Clift
	on\, and Manassas.\n\n\n\n	We will end the run at Foster's Grille in Manas
	sas where you are invited to join everyone for a casual lunch!\n\n\n\n	A r
